House description:

new house, in the center of town, idyllic location, on a quiet and peaceful surroundings, an oasis of peace and tranquility, by the sea, super close to the beach (on less than 1 minute walk), nearby entertainment, barbecue available for guests, the house has its own garage and a parking lot in the shade, outdoor shower in the backyard. The house is situated below the road, and is ideal for smaller children.

Apartment:

Description: four beds, two extra beds, 45 m2, first floor, living room with kitchen and dining room, bedroom (double bed), bedroom (separated beds), two bathrooms with toilet, covered terrace (25 m2, South), cot upon guest’s request, apartment enjoys sea view, apartment is well furnished and equipped.

Additional services: possibility of boat renting with the house owner, possibility of laundering in the house, upon the agreement with the house owner, possibility of garage use.

Showed prices are per night. Guests will be able to come in to the apartment at 14 p.m., (after the apartment is cleaned) and are expected to leave the apartment until 10 a.m.

If  guest is more than 24 hours late without a notification, reservation will be canceled.

In our house we have only one apartment rental and guest shift is exclusively on Saturdays.

Guests are also expected to pay in advance 20%-30% of total amount to make a reservation of apartment. The rest of the money is expected to be paid on the first day of staying.

There are also tourist taxes, which are cc 1 Euro/person/day. Children between 12 and 18 years pay 50% of tax. Children under 12 years do not pay tax.
